This Sat., Jan. 20, join the J20 Democratic Values Summit

Start your weekend off by learning some practical ways to put your enthusiasm to work. Then on Sunday head over to the Women’s Rally at the Ali Center to charge those activist batteries up.

This Saturday, Jan. 20 is the J20 Democratic Values Summit! — hosted by Louisville Democrats and The New Kentucky Project. Come and wear your Indivisible t-shirt!

Organizations from around the region will there to plan the future of the local Democratic Party.

From their Facebook Event Page:

We want to find more ways to work together to elect people who will stand up for our communities and our common values. Grassroots organizing is critical to building a winning coalition and we want to bring people together to create new strategies that will produce more Democratic victories in Louisville, in Kentucky and beyond.

To do that, we need to hear from groups representing the broad spectrum of interests that make up our community: business, labor, faith, non-profit, citizens, and more.

Our opponents’ strategy is to win by dividing the people of our country. We know we can win by bringing people together. It starts with a conversation.

Join us.

The Summit is from 5 to 8 pm this Sat. Jan. 20 at 7711 Beulah Church Rd.
