Where are Senators McConnell and Rand Paul on the issues? And who will hold Trump accountable?
Join Indivisible Kentucky for an Empty Suit Town Hall on Tuesday evening May 30 in Louisville. While we have cordially invited our Senators, we do not expect them to accept or attend, and so, we expect to be hosting an “Empty Suit Town Hall.” Along with your questions to hold McConnell & Paul accountable, we invite you to participate in a little bit of political theater that evening as we ask your questions of the empty-suits on stage!

The doors open for networking and connections at 6 p.m. The town hall starts at 6:30 p.m. Join us for a fun, poignant, entertaining night of questions, answers and responses from the Indivisible Kentucky membership and local progressive organizations.
Your Questions Matter ― and we need you to speak passionately to the many troubling issues resulting from the current administration’s poor choices. Questions can be about any relevant resistance topic. Some themes that we have identified for this town hall event are the AHCA, Deportation orders and the Muslim ban, recent White House national intelligence breaches, the firing of FBI Director James Comey, and the Trump-Russia investigation, Jeff Sessions’ pursuit of the most serious charges possible for drug offenders, and the general state of our democracy.
Our goal is to gather a diverse and robust set of voices to craft the best questions to address many pressing concerns. We appreciate your help in planning a successful event and welcome your feedback as we actively hold our members of congress accountable.
Hope to see you there!
